Appointment Reschedules and Cancellations
We value our client’s time, and in return we appreciate your mutual respect. Taking this into consideration, Whole Self Naturopathy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment reschedules and cancellations.
You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment has been scheduled. You will also receive an email reminder 3 days before your appointment. Within these emails, you can find a link to cancel your appointment, should you wish to do so.
For any enquiries relating to rescheduling your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@flourishnaturalhealth.au.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, or do not attend a scheduled appointment, a fee of AUD$50.00 will be issued.
If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, no fee will be issued. However, if you reschedule a second time, you will need to pay the full cost of your consultation in order to secure your appointment.
If you cancel you appointment, you will have 4 weeks to reschedule, otherwise you will no longer have access to a return consultation and will need to schedule an initial consultation instead.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the consultation.
If for any reason, a Whole Self Naturopathy practitioner cannot attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be advised as soon as possible. In this instance, Flourish Natural Health will offer the client an option to either reschedule or cancel their appointment.
Whole Self Naturopathy practitioners are available for support via email between appointments, however we will not discuss any new information or provide pending test results. In these instances, you will be offered the option to bring you upcoming appointment forward, if we have the availability to do so.
Client Forms
Whole Self Naturopathy requests new clients to complete the Client Intake Form and the Comprehensive Health Questionnaire at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. These forms are included in your booking confirmation email.
Where an intake form is not completed prior to the scheduled appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled as client intake and case taking is not included as a component of the initial consultation, within the consultation timeframe.
Payments
Whole Self Naturopathy requires payment equal to AUD$50.00 upon booking an initial consultation.
Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
Account credits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
Payment for services must be made to Whole Self Naturopathy within 48 hours after you receive your invoice, following your consultation. Additional products and services associated with your Consultation will not be administered until your invoice is paid in full.
After 48 hours, Whole Self Naturopathy will apply a late-fee of $10 per every 7 days payment is not made.
If full payment of your invoice is not made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Whole Self Naturopathy reserves the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.
