Refund policy

Physical Products

If you require a refund or replacement under any circumstances, the request must be made within 7 days of the order being received (this includes any products that may be missing from your order). Any requests made after this time will not be approved. The approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Whole Self Naturopathy.

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

  • You receive a faulty product. Note: Change in taste or appearance does not always imply the product is faulty
  • You receive a product that has been damaged during transit, approval will be at our discretion
  • You receive a product that was not what you ordered

If we have approved a refund or a replacement and you are required to return the original product, it must be received by us within 7 days of approval and in a resalable condition. Returned products that are damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded if packaged inadequately.

Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received the original product back (if requested). Refunds will be processed via the same method used to purchase the products.

Approved returns must be clearly marked with the sender's name and order number. 

A refund of replacement will not be provided if:

  • You have opened the product
  • Returned goods are damaged in transit. Please take care to package returning goods appropriately
  • You have decided you don't like the product
  • There is a delay in delivery
  • There is an error made on your behalf regarding delivery information provided
  • An authority to leave without a signature resulted in a missing parcel
  • A product has been marked with price tags or other markings

We are unable to accept any international returns in exchange for credits or refunds under any circumstances.

No refunds will be provided if your parcel is lost in transit or goes missing once delivered.

International orders are made at your own risk. Please check the customs regulations in your country. The payment of duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver. Refusal of payment may result in the parcel being sent back to vital.ly. We are unable to accept returns in exchange for credits or refunds under any circumstances.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Whole Self Naturopathy will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, replacement or refund (at the discretion of Whole Self Naturopathy), where:
- The product is either damaged, faulty or the wrong item is received, and
- You can provide a copy of your tax invoice or proof of purchase.
Damaged or faulty products must be made to the attention of Whole Self Naturopathy within 7 days of delivery.

If you believe you qualify, please email hello@flourishnaturalhealth.au within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Whole Self Naturopathy reserves the right to not offer an exchange, replacement or refund where the item is not deemed damaged or faulty.

If your return is accepted, Whole Self Naturopathy will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Whole Self Naturopathy does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products, unless the product is unable to download or install or doesn’t function as intended.

Refunds under these circumstances must be requested within 5 days of purchase and evidence of technical issues must be provided.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind. Reasons for requesting a refund must be well justified and are subject to our approval. 

Refund requests must be made via email in response to the welcome email received after purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Whole Self Naturopathy strictly does not offer any refunds for Consultation Services and any products associated with these Services.
